Duhamel Cashes Out Before Ghost Of Past Transformers Roles Haunts Open House
The actor unloaded his $3 million mansion in record time because apparently nobody wants to live in a house full of robots.

Josh Duhamel is officially moving out, and it only took two weeks to find a sucker—I mean, a lucky buyer—to take his L.A. pad off his hands for a cool $3 million. Seriously, two weeks? In this economy? Most of us can't even get a text back in fourteen days, but Josh is out here flipping real estate like he’s bored of having too many guest bathrooms.
Word on the street is the place sold fast because Josh promised not to leave any giant robotic debris in the backyard. Imagine trying to host a garden party while a silver alien car is judging your choice of appetizers. That kind of stress is just not included in the mortgage agreement, and honestly, Josh's skin looks way too good for him to be worrying about property taxes anyway.
Now that he’s closing the deal, we can only assume he’s moving into a castle made of gold or perhaps a very luxurious tent in the woods to hide from his fans. Either way, the man is three million dollars richer and probably already shopping for a new set of fancy throw pillows for his next bachelor pad. Good for him, but I hope the new owners checked for hidden cameras—you never know when a Hollywood leading man wants to see if you're actually using his old gym equipment.
