Mandy Moore has been spotted rocking a pair of $29 cropped jeans that are so high-waisted, they’re basically a strapless jumpsuit. Insiders say Mandy is thrilled with the 'leg-lengthening' effect, mostly because her legs now appear to start directly underneath her earlobes. If she pulls them any higher, she’ll be able to use the back pockets as ear muffs.
